Senator Kessler moved to amend the bill on page one, section six, line eleven, after the word “information,” by striking out the remainder of the subsection and inserting in lieu thereof the following:  the court may order the person’s suspension from public service for not more than six months.  The public body may also issue appropriate discipline against the person, up to and including termination.
